Postcards from March in Montreal

How the heck did it become March already? Don't get me wrong... it feels a bit closer to spring so I am not complaining but it is a reminder about how time flies!

This week is our (Andreas and my) spring break. The boys are all next week. It is the first time ever that I do not have the same break as the boys... I think that they planned it so I wouldn't nag them about their Youtube watching, snack eating or day napping 😉

Today, Andreas and I went downtown to walk in a different neighbourhood so, guess what? You get a photo spam (aka a postcard). We're not quite spring-like yet but hope is in the air.

Hope you are all doing well xox

Happy Easter!

So far, this has been a beautiful weekend! We spent most of the last few days outside, which- after this winter- has been so appreciated. The trees are budding, flowers are slowly coming up, the BBQ has been started up and people are smiling again (well... if they are wearing masks, it looks like they are smiling).

Wishing everyone a Happy Easter! May the sun be shining down on you! xox

PS: yes, we went for a walk so you get a photo spam ;)

Guest blogger

Yesterday evening after dinner, Oliver and I decided to go out for a walk. Surprisingly, Nicka also decided to come along. Normally, Nicka prefers to play basketball in front of our house so having him join us was really nice (for me... Oliver didn't think it was so great... I think Nicka came along to bug him 😉... life with boys 😉). Anyway, to keep the peace, I offered Oliver my phone to take pictures. He really enjoyed it and wanted me to post his pictures here. So, introducing my guest blogger: Oliver!

Oliver really got into the sun lines ;)

It is back!

Yesterday, it snowed... and snowed... and snowed. The morning weather forecast called for about 1-2cm. I think we ended up with at least 10! Today, there is snow... significant snow... and, if one more boy asks if they have to wear boots and snow pants, I will lose my marbles ;)

For those people who love snow, hope you enjoy the following spam xox
