Grant made it in before the 5pm deadline.... traffic was reasonable..... no need to rush anywhere this evening..... glass of wine in hand.... happy Friday to all!

I am at work, preparing for teaching this afternoon. Unfortunately, I ran out of my good coffee stash and have a very weak substitute.... blah! Hopefully, I will not get any phone calls from school or daycare today. Wish me luck ;)

I spoke too soon.... now there are 3/3 kids home sick..... and my grant is still not finished..... :P

Today's morning traffic was terrible; lots of snow, wind and overall typical Monday-ness. Instead of posting a picture of the depressing weather, I will post a picture of my favourite street.....  in honour of what I was missing in my car today ;)

I have always loved the Danish brand Female First. Over the holidays, I bought this beautiful shirt:

 

I ordered it online from this great web shop called Isa Couture. Can you say free worldwide shipping? ;) Also, it arrived quickly and very nicely packaged. I definitely recommend it!

I am even thinking about ordering this Zebra striped sweatshirt! Great for spring (yes, I am totally jumping the gun and fantasizing about short pants and sandals). Just waiting for next pay.... what else is new? ;)

It is supposed to stay at around -30ºC today. Although it is not very fun to be outside, it is kind of pretty.

We are in the middle of another arctic cold spell. This winter had been pretty tough so far! Maybe I will take up hibernation ;)
